Updated 2026-10-17
Service-specific Terms
Effective date: May 30, 2026
These terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply to specific BigModel.io capabilities, plans, or integrations.
A. Multi-model Access
BigModel.io processes requests based on account configuration, model availability, cost, rate-limit policies, and service status. These mechanisms are intended to improve availability and cost control, but do not guarantee that every request will use a specific provider or model version.
B. Third-party Models and Cloud Services
Third-party models, cloud platforms, payment services, email services, and risk-control services used through BigModel.io may be governed by their own terms, prices, regional policies, and data-processing rules. Provider changes may affect model names, capabilities, prices, response quality, latency, and availability.
C. Beta, Experimental, and Preview Features
Beta, experimental, preview, or phased-release features may be unstable, incomplete, or changed at any time. They are not recommended for critical business paths. BigModel.io may modify, suspend, or remove these features without separate commitment.
D. Usage Statistics, Cache, and Logs
The platform may record request time, model, tokens, fees, status code, latency, cache hits, and errors for billing, display, audit, troubleshooting, and risk control. You should configure log retention and sensitive-information handling appropriately.
E. Team, Enterprise, and Managed Use
Team or enterprise administrators may view members, API keys, quotas, bills, request summaries, permissions, and security settings. Customers should provide necessary notices to members and end users and obtain required authorization.
F. Rate Limits and Quotas
Different models, accounts, plans, and risk levels may have different rate limits, concurrency limits, context limits, and budget limits. Requests over limits may be queued, rate limited, rejected, or degraded.
G. Maintenance
BigModel.io will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and may perform scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or security upgrades. For issues caused by model providers, internet routes, cloud platforms, or force majeure, BigModel.io will try to restore service and assist with troubleshooting but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
